Riguardo all’Agriturismo Gjepali<\/h2>\n

Un luogo lungamente pensato per diventare meta turistica per gli amanti della cucina e dei viaggi. L’Agriturismo Gjepali \u00e8 l’eredit\u00e0 di una lunga storia di 6 generazioni, dove l’amore per la terra e il cibo \u00e8 stato coltivato ed ereditato. La nostra famiglia \u00e8 sempre stata legata alla terra. I miei antenati l’hanno trattata con amore lavorandola e traendone il meglio. La terra era considerata come ricchezza che produce solo cose buone.
Gli anni ’40 segnano l’apice della produzione, quando anche il nonno Elez Gjepali, possedeva notevoli spazi territoriali. Riesci ad immaginarlo? Era una delle fattorie pi\u00f9 grandi e famose dell’Albania centrale. Poi, a causa della direzione presa dal paese e per via del governo, quelle terre non erano pi\u00f9 nostre e la fattoria \u00e8 stata chiusa. Dopo gli anni ’90, la famiglia, mio padre e poi io, abbiamo sempre avuto il desiderio di ricostruire in qualche modo il \u201cparadiso\u201d che avevamo una volta. Fu mio padre che tranquillamente, anni fa, inizi\u00f2 lentamente a piantare alberi, costruendo la stalla per l’allevamento degli animali e piantando varie colture agricole. Tre anni fa ho deciso di riportare quella fattoria immensa alla luce, per tutti gli amici che vogliono passare una giornata diversa, e godersi uno dei migliori cibi del paese. L’esperienza e la conoscenza che ho maturato all’estero, possono ora unirsi alla tradizione della terra dei miei avi. Avendo una lunga esperienza maturata come chef a Roma (Antico Arco), con decine e decine di premi in tutto il mondo, ho finalmente il piacere di gestire anche l’Agriturismo Gjepali. Nel 2018 siamo stati certificati come Agriturismo e siamo tra i migliori nella storia dell’Albania.
In pochi mesi questo luogo si \u00e8 trasformato in una meta di turismo rurale.
