Chef Fundim Gjepali is one of the most famous chefs of the moment in Italy and Albania. In Italy, for several years, he runs the “Antico Arco” restaurant located in the center of Rome, while in Tirana, he runs the “Restaurant Butique Padam”.
The biggest social dinners in the capital are held under the auspices of Chef Fundim. He cooks and has cooked for the most important Albanian and foreign personalities. Where ministers, prime ministers, presidents and foreign delegations visiting our country enter.
